Overview

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer (12 Month Contract) to join our team. In this role, you will focus on designing world-class experiences for our AP & Bill Pay product.

Responsibilities

• Play an integral role in identifying the right business problems to solve and delivering the right solutions to customers.
• Be an expert on our customers and advocate for them across the company.
• Concept, prototype, design, and present solutions that solve both business and user problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Coach and mentor designers on a range of design practices.
• Create sketches, flow diagrams, wireframes, and mockups of features serving different user segments.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analysis.
• Use and leverage metrics to drive product design and measure product success.
• Work with our design stack including Miro, Figma, Pendo, and Notion.
• Join hackathons and immerse yourself in all things fintech innovation.

KPIs: Feature Adoption %, number of research and usability tests run/quarter, project completion rate.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of Product Design experience.
• Experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bill Payment, and Banking as a Service providers (e.g., Stripe) is a must.
• Strong knowledge of payable products and B2B fintech solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Experience navigating complex problems and arriving at solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A portfolio showing UX problem-solving and great visual designs.
• Strong understanding of web technologies.

Compensation

• Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 CAD (Dependent on experience and not inclusive of any bonus, commission, benefits, or equity that may exist in your total compensation package.)
