Job Summary

As an integral part of Proventus Global's dynamic team, we invite you to apply your creativity and technological expertise to the product management and development of our EV DC Fast Charger systems. This role provides an opportunity for active participation in designing, developing, optimizing, and fine-tuning our product, contributing significantly to our sustainable energy solutions mission.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of our EV charging products, by formulating and implementing sophisticated strategies for product enhancement.
• Develop, conduct, and analyze system-level performance tests to optimize product efficacy and proficiency.
• Implement structured problem-solving approaches, identifying possible challenges and crafting proactive plans to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate closely with the R&D team on both current and future developments.
• Monitor market insights and emerging trends, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and support the engineering teams.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Control Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in DC Microgrid systems and EV charging infrastructure development.
• Certification in Project Management, Product Owner, or relevant certificate.
• Excellent problem-solving acumen and strong communication skills.
• Great leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects.
• Competency in managing several projects at once.
