Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Developer to guide our technology choices and architecture design. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead high-impact projects in AI and controls.

Role and Responsibilities

• Quickly familiarize yourself with the Vention platform and products.
• Collaborate with the CTO to build and maintain Vention's AI technical roadmap.
• Create proof of concepts for AI subsystems.
• Investigate mission-based AI concepts for machine programming.
• Own the technical advancement of AI partnerships.
• Tackle complex AI & Machine Learning problems.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to architect solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years in Machine Learning/AI projects with proven use cases.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and web development frameworks (e.g., React).
• Strong ownership throughout the SDLC.
