Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Visual Designer to enrich our marketing team. We’re seeking dreamers, design thinkers, and problem solvers. This hybrid role requires a blend of digital design expertise in marketing and advanced web design skills. You will play a vital role in shaping the visual aspects of our website, marketing, social media, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate must collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and report to the Director, Creative.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver compelling digital assets, including website design, email campaigns, social media graphics, and marketing materials that align with our brand design system and strategic objectives.
- Evolve our brand design system in collaboration with our web and product teams.
- Understand the AgencyAnalytics customer journey, product experience, business goals, and competitive landscape to inform your design thinking.
- Produce engaging prototypes for digital products, create impactful infographics, presentations, and multimedia materials for content marketing and thought leadership.
- Demonstrate expertise in typography, colour, and imagery while working with a robust brand design system.
- Collaborate with marketing, web, and product teams to ensure cohesive branding and user experiences across all digital platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion, prioritize tasks, and provide art direction to freelance designers and external contributors as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital design.
Job Requirements
- [7+] Broad experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI, web design, branding, and marketing skills.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, including usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
- University Degree in Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent.
- Impeccable eye for detail, excellent design and typography skills, and a passion for outstanding digital experiences.
- Deep expertise using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD, Figma, and project management tools.
- Previous experience in a SaaS environment or marketing agency is highly desirable.
- Curiosity, determination, reliability, integrity, and empathy.
- Ability to interpret insights from user research, workshops, strategy development, concept design, prototyping, and production design.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas effectively to stakeholders.
- Ability to identify opportunities for creative process and operational improvements.
- Experience within a website design system is expected; knowledge of HTML and CSS is a bonus.
- Motion design experience and/or video editing skills are a bonus.
