Role Overview

Gather is seeking a strong product lead to help shape the next generation of our platform. As part of a small team, you will have a significant impact on the company's vision.

Where You Will Make an Impact

• Use data, research, and market trends to develop product strategy.
• Define short and long-term goals and own the roadmap.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver projects.
• Develop processes to meet project and team needs.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs.

What You Bring

• 5-7+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2+ years in a PLG company.
• A scrappy, action-oriented mindset.
• Experience shipping products at scale with engineers and designers.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical partners.
• Comfort in ambiguous and dynamic startup environments.
• Excellent design sensibilities and technical skills; SQL experience is a plus.
• A customer-centric approach to problem-solving.

US Salary Range

The salary for this position ranges from $145,000 - $185,000 annually, with total compensation including stock rewards reflective of early-stage startups.
