Overview

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to create impactful designs for millions of Canadians. In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting research, crafting user experiences, and driving innovation to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary user research.
• Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
• Conduct and evaluate both quantitative and qualitative research.
• Perform usability tests with consumers.
• Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through presentations and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on UX Research and scaled design experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of modern design thinking practices and principles.
• Expert knowledge of User-Centered Design principles.
• Solid foundation in typography, layout, and design.
• Deep understanding of design patterns with a willingness to challenge assumptions based on data.
• Proven track record of delivering elegant and simple UX/UI designs that drive business results.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to evolving challenges.
