Overview

We are hiring a Senior UI/UX Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, build, and enhance exceptional data-centric solutions, creating pixel-perfect user interfaces with a deep understanding of color, typography, layout, and user experience design.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop real-time web applications using WebSockets and WASM.
  • Build front-end and server-side components, owning end-to-end features.
  • Develop APIs using REST and gRPC.
  • Implement state management solutions for web applications.
  • Create reusable product UI components.
  • Set up and configure authorization and authentication using role/attribute-based access control (RBAC and ABAC).
  • Conduct unit testing, test automation, and scalability testing of front-end applications.
  • Deploy web applications using cloud and networking skills.
  • Utilize UX design tools such as Figma for design processes.
  • Engage directly with clients and users to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Manage GitLab monorepos and implement Nx.dev for build processes.
  • Use feature flags to continuously ship working code to production.

Who You Are

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Python/JavaScript developer.
  • Proficiency in building real-time web applications with WebSockets and WASM.
  • Solid API development experience with REST and gRPC.
  • Mastery of state management in web applications.
  • Strong understanding of SQL; experience with PostgreSQL and DuckDB.
  • Familiarity with data formats such as CSV, Parquet, JSON, TOML, and YAML.
  • Experience with GIT, Visual Studio Code, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expertise in UX design tools, particularly Figma.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a dedicated home workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort in client interactions.
  • Eligible to work and travel in the USA and Canada.
