Overview

We are hiring a Software Engineer, Automation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work across our software platform stack, from the user interface to API design, platform development, algorithm and ML modeling, and maintaining our high-performance cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and tools to ensure software quality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automated test solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Ensure scalability and reliability of automation systems in a cloud environment.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices in automation and software engineering.

Who You Are

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Typescript, Julia, and Rust.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Svelte and SvelteKit.
• Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL and tools like Apache Arrow.
• Knowledge of cloud services, particularly AWS, and containerization tools like Kubernetes.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
• Eligible to work and travel in the USA and Canada.
