Overview

We are seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join our Ads Measurement Core team. This team is dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and user-friendliness of our advertising platform by building compelling experimentation products for advertisers. Your role will involve developing and maintaining advertiser-facing products, such as our self-serve Conversion Lift, Brand Lift, and A/B testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advertiser-facing products, including self-serve Conversion Lift, Brand Lift, and A/B testing tools.
• Contribute to the development of backend systems supporting critical functions like managing experiments and automating analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet stakeholders' needs.
• Take ownership of your work, from concept to delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Continuously learn and grow with our team, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, computer science).
• 1+ years of full-time fullstack software engineering experience in a highly scalable computing environment.
• Experience in full-stack development, with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in the ads or experimentation space, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these areas.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
